The Liberty County School System will host a quarterly series of assistant-principal seminars beginning Thursday at the Board of Education office.
Morning and afternoon sessions will be available to allow each assistant principal to choose the session which works best. The morning session will begin at 9:30 a.m., and the afternoon session will follow at 12:30 p.m.  Each session will last approximately two hours.
Future seminars are planned for February, April and July.
“The purpose of the assistant-principal seminars is to increase the layering of information to all parties, to build capacity, and to broaden the knowledge base of all leaders in the school system,” LCSS Superintendent Dr. Valya S. Lee said.
