Rita Kilpatrick, the Georgia policy director for the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy, spoke on behalf of the Georgia Wind Working Group on Thursday during a Coastal Advisory Council meeting. Kilpatrick addressed a 2005 project study that could bring a wind turbine to the waters off the state’s coast.
