It’s that time of year of again. The City of Hinesville and partner agency the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce/CVB announce the return of the Hinesville for the Holidays Christmas tree-lighting ceremony.
The ceremony will be held on Thursday, November 30, from 5– 8 p.m. in downtown Hinesville.
This event is free and open to the public and will feature free holiday themed activities, such as train rides, bounce houses, free photos with Santa, choral performances from local schools, food trucks and much more. The event will conclude with the highly-anticipated tree lighting in Bradwell Park.

The City of Flemington will conduct its tree lighting Monday, November 27, from 6–8 p.m. at city hall with live music, a hot cocoa bar and photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
The City of Midway’s tree lighting will take place December 9 from 4–7 p.m. at Midway City Hall.
