(Hinesville, GA) – Ft. Stewart’s 3rd ID Sustainment Brigade and Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church have been collecting Christmas gifts to make the holidays a little brighter for our needy students. The distribution of gifts will take place on December 15, 2021 beginning at 9AM at the Liberty County Board of Education. Fort Stewart soldiers, school system social workers and members of the Student Services Department will be handing the gifts to the families as they drive through the circle at the front of the Board of Education. The School Social Workers will deliver gifts to the families who cannot find transportation.
