The body found Friday afternoon off of a boat ramp in the Altamaha River in Wayne County has been identified as Willie Joe Vaughn, according to Wayne County Sheriff John Carter. The cause of death has not been released. Carter said a 2012 Chevrolet Malibu belonging to Vaughn was spotted submerged off a boat ramp at the end of Arnold River Road.
