Liberty Regional Medical Center (LRMC) recognizes three team members as its latest Employees of the Quarter. The recognition celebrates employees across the organization who demonstrate exceptional service, professionalism and a dedication to making a positive difference for patients, residents and colleagues.

Named employees of the third quarter of 2026 are:

• Anita White, Mammography Technologist, Liberty Regional Medical Center
• Kimberly Brown, Medical Office Representative (MOR) Supervisor, Liberty Medical Practices
• Barbara Fowler, Activities Coordinator, Coastal Manor Nursing Home Each honoree was recognized for the care, dedication and professionalism they bring to their role and the positive impact they make throughout the LRMC organization.

White has served LRMC since 1994 and is known for her clear communication and ability to help patients feel informed and comfortable throughout their care. She takes time to explain procedures and answer questions while working closely with radiologists, front office staff and fellow team members. White also regularly identifies opportunities to improve protocols, scheduling and workflow. Her dedication to service has earned consistent praise from patients, including returning patients who specifically request her care. Brown consistently goes above and beyond in her role as MOR supervisor, demonstrating accountability, respect and dedication while supporting operations across medical practice offices. Known as a caring and dependable team member, she works to ensure patients leave each encounter with a clear understanding of their care and a positive experience. Brown previously served with the organization from 2014 to 2018 and returned in 2019, continuing to make a meaningful impact on patients and colleagues.

Fowler joined Coastal Manor Nursing Home in 2022 and is recognized for her creativity, organization and commitment to enriching the lives of residents. Through thoughtfully planned activities and opportunities for connection, she helps residents remain engaged, included and valued while creating a welcoming environment for residents, families and staff. Her dedication to building meaningful relationships and fostering a sense of community is reflected in the care and enthusiasm she brings to her role each day.
