New commander takes over MEDDAC

Brig. Gen. Donald M. Bradshaw, commanding general of the Southeast Regional Medical Command and Eisenhower Army Medical Center, passes the Fort Stewart U.S. Army Medical Department activity flag to incoming commander Col. Paul R. Cordts as the outgoing commander, Col. John P. Collins, looks on during Friday's change of command ceremony at Fort Stewart's Marne Garden. Before coming to Fort Stewart to take command of MEDDAC and Winn Army Community Hospital here, Cordts was assigned to the U.S. Army's Office of the Surgeon General as the director of health policy and services. He formerly deployed to Iraq as a vascular surgeon in support of the 86th Combat Support.
