Veterans photos to be on exhibit

The Hinesville Area Arts Council will host an exhibit for March, titled, Patriotic Portraits, featuring photography by Lewis Levine.

The exhibit will open with a free community reception at the council’s Gallery, 102 Commerce St., from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday. The Gallery is open 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday-Thursday.

Levine, an Army retiree, is a freelance journalism photographer who shoots for local, regional and national media. He often attends briefings at the White House and other events that capture national attention.
