Hello friends and fellow fisherman, Ole' Tight Line here. Well the cool weather is always good for fishing so I have a few reports from the coast, Half Moon Marina and Yellow Bluff to share with you.
Leslie Zechman took a few friends and her father out fishing and they landed five spottail bass, six black drum and five sheepshead, one of which was an albino. Man I would have liked to seen that; very rare but very cool.
Wes Powell, out fishing with Hub Powell and Michael Stone hauled in nine spottail, 10 trout a flounder and a sheepshead. Bet they had a tight line. Lu Smith and party landed six spottail and a sheepshead. Dylan Iler and Robbie Parrish caught three nice trout and a spottail. Now that's a pan full.
Neal Howard and Richy Cribbs caught the limit on spot tail bass and also landed 14 trout, 35 sheepshead and two flounder. That's fried fish platter.
Yellow Bluff has plenty of live shrimp and minnows. Half Moon reported having shrimp and it sounds like the fish are biting. So, get out there and go fishing, and if you do, remember to keep a tight line.
Your Buddy,
Ole’ Tight Line

Hey folks, Tight Line Jr here. Folks, the river is full of shrimp and we caught some nice ones off the dock today. Boo and I took those live shrimp and went on tour. We landed three croaker, two black drum, a flounder and a spottail.
The dock tour strikes again. If you have a dock get out there and do some fishing, and remember, keep a sharp eye and watch that cork go down.

Your Buddy,
Tight Line Jr.
