Indictments range from child molestation to speeding

This report was gathered from information recorded during the recent Liberty County Grand Jury indictments entered into public record. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

All of these were filed Sept. 15, 2015:

• Tyler Jordan Marshall, one count interfering with government property (felony), one count marijuana possession less than an ounce (misdemeanor), one count improper display of license plate (ticket) and one count speeding (ticket).

• Kevin Deon Maxwell, two counts of arson, first degree (felony).

• Sirmario Sentel Moody, one count aggravated assault (felony); one count burglary, first degree (felony); one count criminal attempt to commit a felony (felony); possession of a firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies (felony); and one count cruelty to children in the third degree (misdemeanor).

• Raymond Napper, one count peeping Tom (felony), one count possession of tools for commission of a crime (felony).

• Jamal De’Shawn Nelson, one county burglary, first degree (felony).

• Michael Palmer, one count burglary, first degree (felony).

• Michael Earl Palmer, one count burglary, first degree (felony).

• Thomas Jonathan Rahn, one count possession of a schedule IV controlled substance (felony); purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution or sale of marijuana (felony); possession of tools for the commission of a crime (felony); one count possession of a schedule III controlled substance (felony); one count possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to distribute (felony); one count driving while license suspended or revoked (ticket); and one count weaving over roadway/failure to maintain lane (ticket).

• Emanuel Marquise Richards, one count aggravated assault (felony); burglary, first degree (felony); one count criminal attempt to commit a felony (felony); possession of a firearm or knife during commission of or attempt to commit certain felonies (felony); and one count cruelty to children (misdemeanor).

• Matthew Sartain, three counts of burglary, first degree (felony).

• Patrick Karl Schuman, three counts aggravated battery (felony); one count home invasion, first degree (felony); and one count of burglary, first degree (felony).

• Tyrae Shaw, one count burglary, first degree (felony).

• Letonya Wander Singleton, one count cruelty to children, second degree (felony); and one count battery (misdemeanor).

• Antonio Marquis Stewart, one county robbery by sudden snatching (felony); one count criminal trespass (misdemeanor); purchase, possession, manufacture, distribution or sale of marijuana (felony); possession, manufacture, distribute, dispensing a controlled substance or marijuana within 1,000 feet of schools (felony); manufacture, distribute, dispense, possess with intent to distribute controlled or counterfeit substance or marijuana near parking/housing project (felony); one count possession of tools of a crime(felony); and one count criminal trespass (misdemeanor).

• Casey Ryan Stone, one count of possession, purchase, manufacture, distribution or sale of marijuana (felony); and one count possession of tools for commission of a crime (felony).

• Philip O’Brian Suttle, one count aggravated child molestation (felony), one count incest (felony), one count sexual battery against child under 16 YOA (felony), solicitation of sodomy under 18 YOA (felony), and one count enticing a child for indecent purposes (felony).

• Alex C. Tolbert Sr., one count aggravated child molestation (felony).

• Naomi Ruth White, one count criminal damage to property, first degree (felony).

• Alisha Katherine Williamson, one count burglary, first degree (felony)

• Donte Dwight Yancey, one count possession of cocaine with intent to distribute (felony); one count fleeing or attempting to elude police officer for a felony offense (felony); one count sale, distribution or possession of dangerous drugs (misdemeanor); three counts of failure to obey stop sign (ticket); one count weaving over roadway/failure to maintain lane (ticket); one count reckless driving (ticket); one count driving without a license (ticket); one count driving without a license fail to obtain within 30 days (ticket); and one count too fast for conditions (ticket).
