The Multi Agency Crack Enforcement Drug Task Force opened 76 cases in March associated with 104 total offenders.
Narcotics, valued at $63,570, were seized, along with $1,644 in cash and two vehicles valued at $6,500. Eleven weapons were seized. And nine cases were closed with no arrests.
Among the drugs seized were 77 cocaine rocks, 9.15 ounces of cocaine powder, 21.4 grams of crack cocaine, 9.62 pounds of marijuana, one marijuana plant, 12 MDMA pills, 4.1 grams of methamphetamine, 5 Oxycodone pills, 4 Trazadone pills, two Clonazepam pills, 10 Hydroxyzine pills, 6 Folcalin pills, 18 Alavert pills and 11 drug related objects and devices.
Charges filed include: possession of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, manufacturing marijuana, possession of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute cocaine within 1,000 feet of housing, possession with intent to distribute cocaine within 1,000 feet of school, trafficking cocaine, manufacturing cocaine, sale of cocaine, possession of Methamphetamine, possession of MDMA, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of controlled substance, possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of a prohibited firearm, DUI, possession of tools of the crime, pandering, prostitution, loud music, reckless conduct, suspended driver's license, speeding, theft by receiving, theft by shoplifting, theft by taking, criminal damage, unruly juvenile, reckless driving, terroristic threats, obstruction of a law enforcement officer, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, simple battery, failure to appear, tag light out, open container, no driver's license, altered ID, improper left turn.
In an effort to maintain training the agents attended the following seminars in March; firearm qualification, outlaw motorcycle gang investigations, evidence presentation, high risk search warrants, conducting highway safety checkpoints.
