The United States Marshals Service is looking for Frank S. Monsegue Sr.
Monsegue, a long-time Liberty County resident, recently pleaded guilty to wire-fraud conspiracy but failed to appear for his sentencing, according to the service.
He now is considered a fugitive, and the marshals are asking for any tips that may lead to his apprehension. Tips may be submitted anonymously, and reward money is available. To leave a tip, call Savannah/Chatham Crime Stoppers at 234-2020.
