The Liberty County Sheriff’s Office is still seeking two men responsible for a brazen, mid-day armed robbery of Pojo’s Treasures and Things in Midway on May 31.
The owner’s daughter was minding the store that afternoon when the men entered the business, held a gun to her head and bound her wrists together with duct tape. The men fled with a Precious Moment lamp and about $150 in cash.
The suspects were last seen in a tan or light gold vehicle, possibly a Ford Taurus.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office at 876-4555 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or 876-5460 or 368-3911 after hours
