Two people were found stabbed at about 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Cay Creek Wetlands Interpretive Center on Charlie Butler Road in Midway, according to Midway Fire Chief Terrell Chipp.

One victim, Benjamin O'Neal, 60, of Midway, died from multiple stab wounds, Liberty County Sheriff's Office Chief Deputy Keith Moran said.

A Fort Stewart soldier is being held as a person of interest.
