Ribbon cutting held for Good to Go Jamaican restaurant's new location

Hinesville, GA – The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Good to Go Jamaican Restaurant on Friday, April 29 at 1050 E. Oglethorpe Hwy. in Flemington (next to Quality Inn).

Dwayne Smith, owner, welcomed those in attendance. He said that the community seems to be very excited about the new restaurant.

Kathy Villafane, Immediate Past Chamber Chairman, praised the food and customer service, while Liberty County Board of Commissioners Chairman Donald Lovette said he was eager to learn more about the Jamaican culture. Flemington City Councilman Hasit Patel also spoke and welcomed Good to Go Jamaican Restaurant to Liberty County and the City of Flemington.

Good to Go Jamaican Restaurant is veteran owned and boasts a variety of savory dishes and a full bar. Offering specialties such as: curried or jerked seafood dishes, vegetarian meals, daily specials and soups.

Established in 1976, the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce’s mission is to support new and existing business, trade and industry within Liberty County, while increasing the cultural, civic, educational and overall quality of life of its citizens.
