Riley accepted into Leadership SE Georgia

The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce announces that Chief Operating Officer Desiree Riley has been accepted into the Leadership Southeast Georgia Class of 2024.

From February to June, the class of 2024 will participate in a five-month curriculum. During this time, they will delve into regional issues such as natural resources, health care, education, economic development, and transportation. Through sessions held in different counties, they will gain first-hand knowledge of the challenges and opportunities facing the region. 

“We are very proud of Desiree for her efforts. We know that what she learns during this experience will be a great asset to help her personal growth and the growth of our entities,” said Leah Poole, president and CEO of the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce/ CVB.
