Editor, The Ludowici/Long County Fire Department would like to express its thanks to all the agencies, churches, communities and other organizations and individuals who have helped us while we have been dealing with the wildfires in the county during the past few months.
Since the Elim Church Road fire in March, we have been extremely busy and we’re continuing the efforts. With all the help that everyone has been giving us, we have been blessed with no loss of life and minimal property loss. We, as a department, pray that we continue to be blessed. Thank you again, everyone, for everything — and we do mean everything!
