As a former superior court clerk now working as a private real-estate title abstractor, I had the pleasant opportunity of working last week at the new Liberty County Justice Center. The citizens of Liberty County should applaud their community and government officials for their vision in leadership in completing such a facility, which not only is superior in appearance but, more importantly, capable in function.

In addition, the citizens of Liberty County are very fortunate to have your courts served by F. Barry Wilkes as clerk. Not only do Barry and his staff provide a high level of professional service to the Hinesville area, he is recognized and his advice sought by clerks and other court officials across the state.

The level of care and dedication to Mr. Wilkes’ duties and community are also evidenced in the very proficient and friendly service provided by his staff. They are knowledgeable in their positions and are eager to assist those visiting their office.

In the hectic pace we all find ourselves living in, it is particularly refreshing to find public servants whose attention to detail, pride in their work and friendly demeanor make a visit to the courthouse enjoyable.
