The Liberty County Lady Panthers continued their push for a top-three spot in the Region 3-AAA standings with a pair of region wins.
The Lady Panthers toppled Beach 54-20 on Tuesday night, giving them back-to-back wins following a 65-37 rout of St. Vincent’s on Friday.
Liberty County’s girls are 13-7 overall and 9-4 in the region, a half-game behind third-place Long County.
The Liberty boys slipped to 2-9 in the region with 43-36 loss at Beach.
Liberty County faces Savannah Christian at home on Friday and hosts Johnson on Tuesday in the regular-season home finale.
