Here are the results from some games at the LCRD in late September:

SEPT. 28

In Mite League (10-year-olds) action, the Colts defeated the Rams 22-0.  De’Ontae Grant led the way for the Colts, rushing for
51 yards, scoring two touchdowns and kicking two extra points.  Kyan Parker netted 32 yards rushing for the Rams.

In the Flea League (8-year-olds), the Patriots topped the Cowboys 19-0. Jaden Hurd rushed for 124 yards and two touchdowns to lead the way for the Patriots.

Dontavious Ricketts also scored a touchdown for the Patriots. The Cowboys’ Kashawn Ferris rushed for 32 yards on five carries.

SEPT. 29

The Broncos rolled over the Cardinals 30-0 in Mite League action. James Summersett had 154 yards rushing and two touchdowns on just five carries for the Broncos.

Omari Gulley, Trey Fossett and Sykeen Gordon also scored touchdowns for the Broncos. Markell Evans led the way offensively for the Cardinals with 15 yards rushing.

In Flea League action, the Saints defeated the Vikings 13-0.  Jabarri Neal had 90 yards rushing and one touchdown for the Saints, while Nicholas Kreighbaum completed two passes to Shyne Letman for 50 yards.

R.J. Washington picked up 92 yards rushing for the Vikings.
