The Long County High School varsity softball team took on several former team members in the Lady Tide alumni game fundraiser July 25 at the recreation complex in Ludowici. The varsity team won, 1-0. According Lady Tide booster Kristi Garcia, the day was fun for everyone and was a big success. She added that the game will be an annual event.
