Bradwell Institute improved to 23-0 the easy way on Friday by beating Islands High 49-9 in a Region 3-AAAA girls basketball matchup in Savannah.
Tiffany Johnson and Mariah Maternik had eight points each for BI, which earlier this season beat the first-year team from Islands High by a score of 81-9.
Boys results were unavailable.
Bradwell, which is ranked No. 5 in the most recent Atlanta Journal-Constitution Class AAAAA poll, played host to Long County on Saturday. The Lady Tigers will host Savannah High on Tuesday.
