In the battle between undefeated Liberty County High School and Statesboro High, it was the Blue Devils that retained the undefeated title as they downed the Panthers 24-7 Friday night at Donell Woods Stdium.
At Olvey Field the Bradwell Tigers took care of business in the first quarter running up a 29-0 lead against Windsor Forest Friday. The Knights didn't go down without a fight, however using the second half of regulation to score 20 points. The Tigers stayed ahead by a wide margin for the 43-28 win improving to 2-1 in Region 3-AAAAA.
First Presbyterian Christian Academy and Long County High School had a bye-week.
