Long County recognizes 31 students on Senior Night

Friday Long had its annual Football Senior Night Friday, recognizing graduating band members, cheerleaders and players.

Though this year’s ceremony was the largest in school history with 31 students recognized, there was only one graduating cheerleader honored, two-year squad member Marianna Cisneros, who was escorted by her parents Norma and Leone’l Cisneros.
Band members honored were woodwinds co-captain Lila Anderson, who was escorted by her parents Jeanie and Harrison Anderson. Three-year member Terri Bracey was escorted by her mother Laurinda Bracey. Four-year member Anna Card was escorted by her parents Jackie and John Card.

Drum major Breana Harmon was escorted by her parents Susan and David Harmon. Four-year member Raine Johnson was escorted by her parents Tammy and Neil Johnson. First-year member Damian Jones was escorted by his parents Yesnia and Ken Elias. Two-year member Sierra Kasperian was escorted by her parents Drucilla and Tim Kasperian.

Four-year member Zach Moore was escorted by his mother Lisa Moore. Four-year member Aleigha Rowan was escorted by her parents Terrie and Michael Rowan. First year member Nehyana Scott was escorted by Charetee Scott and Jailonni Scott.
Five-year member Tripp Smith was escorted by his parents Trida and Chet Smith. Four-year member Alex Strickland was escorted by her parents Lorie Wilson and Mark Strickland. And four-year member Delton Ray was escorted by his parents Tina and Ted Ray.

Players honored were four-year player Tariq Carpenter, who was escorted by his parents Demetria and Theron Fiffie and sister Alexis Chatmon. Two-year player Jamin Davis was escorted by his parents Tanga and James Davis. First-year player Rayquan Dixon was escorted by his parents Jessica Jackson and Ray Dixon Jr.

Two-year player Dustin Ellerbe was escorted by his father John Ellerbe. First year player Justin Floyd was escorted by his mother Johnnie Mitchell. Liam Kelly was escorted by his mother Linda Kelly.

Four-year player Jack Lauver was escorted by his parents Emily and James Lauver. Two-year player Elijah Montijo was escorted by his parents Shannon and Luis Montijo. First year player Aron Nevarez was escorted by his father Carlos Nevarez. Four-year player Michael Ross was escorted by his parents Irene and Gary Ross.

Three-year player Tripp Stapleton was escorted by his grandmother Cathy Stapleton. Four-year player Deondrae Volcy was escorted by his mother Michelle Volcy. Four-year player Chris Wells was escorted by his parents Brandis Wells and Nicholas Johnson.

Four-year player Gerald Williams Jr. was escorted by his parents Katina and Gerald Williams. Four-year player Elijah Wright was escorted by his mother Cheryl Wright and brother Desmond Wright. And four-year player Kyree Coprick and two-year player Lamar Lawrence were escorted by their parents Robert Coprick and Nicole Pickett.
