The Panther boys track and field team finished second behind Wayne County in the boys division, while the Lady Panthers took the top spot in their own division, beating out Bradwell’s girls by nine points.

The team finished in the top three in all but five events, while placing first in the girls and boys discuss throw, boys shot put, girls long jump, girls high jump, girls 300 meter hurdles, girls 4x100 relay, and boys 400 meter dash.

Liberty County will compete in a meet in Statesboro at Southeast Bullock High School on Thursday in preparation for the Bob Hayes Invitational on Friday.
