Panther quarterback Jaalon Frazier is 33 of 61 for 622 yards passing with eight touchdowns and only one intercetion this season.

After an early bye-week, the Liberty County Panthers will host New Hampstead at Donell Woods Stadium Friday at 7:30 p.m.
It is the Panthers’ Homecoming game.
This is the first meeting between the two schools on the football field. This is only the Phoenix’s third year of varsity football. Last year, New Hampstead sailed to a 7-3 overall season under head coach Phillip Richards.

The Phoenix are currently 1-3-1. Last week they tied against Long County (20-20).
Returning quarterback Calvin Turner is 30-of 52 for 605 passing yards with three touchdowns and three interceptions. Turner also leads the team in rushing with 779 yards on 96 carries and seven touchdowns.
Senior running back Jaquan White has 263 yards in rushing on 41 carries with two touchdowns. Marcel Cooper has 14 receptions for 263 yards and a touchdown. White is second on the team in receptions with nine for 123 yards and a touchdown.

Liberty is coming off a bye week after beating Jenkins 32-21. The Panthers are currently 3-0. Liberty’s offense is led by quarterback Jaalon Frazier. He is 33 of 61 for 622 passing yards, eight touchdowns and one interception.
Five-star recruit and University of Georgia commit Richard LeCounte, is 3 of 9 in passing for 60 yards and a touchdown. Elisha Polite is 1-for-1 for 40 yards and a touchdown.

Frazier also has 265 yards on 30 carries for four touchdowns. Kris Coleman has 26 carries for 213 yards. Polite has 65 yards on seven carries. Polite leads Liberty in receptions with 291 yards on 14 receptions and three touchdowns. LeCounte has seven receptions for 160 yards and four TDs. Coleman has seven catches for 113 yards and a TD and Tracy White has two receptions for 60 yards and a TD.

Traveon Freeman leads the defense in total tackles with 30. LeCounte has 22 and Kiron Rhodes has 19. The Homecoming court and new queen will be presented at half-time.
