Tide 3-point specialist signs with Gordon

When Norman Thompson transferred from Thomasville to Long County after the 2009 Christmas break, Blue Tide head basketball coach Deshon Brock said the addition to his team was one of the best gifts he had ever received.

Last Friday, Brock "re-gifted" the athlete to Gordon College head coach Israel Ingle. Thompson signed a letter of intent to play ball for the Gordon Highlanders and, according to Ingle, he has high expectations for the graduating Blue Tide hoopster.
