Ashton Isaiah Thomas was born at 6:38 p.m. Feb. 27 to Ashley (Downing) of Leesville, La., and Vincent Thomas of Hinesville.
Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Ashton weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces and measured 19 inches.
He is the maternal grandson of Darlene Downing of Leesville, La. He is the paternal grandson of Edward and Shirley Thorton of Hinesville.
The baby also is welcomed by sisters Jacari Downing and Dakotah Thomas.
