Eliyas Wilustiano Arevalo was born at 2:21 April 9 to Sandra (Soter) and Maykol Arevalo of Hinesville. 
Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Eliyas weighed 6 pounds, 15 1⁄2 ounces and measured 20 1⁄2 inches.
He is the maternal grandson of Juanita Rivera of Hinesville.
