Jayla Denise Goins was born at 8:42 a.m. April 25 to Clarissa and Justin Goins of Fort Stewart.
Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Jayla weighed 6 pounds, 2 ounces.
She is the maternal granddaughter of Cleveland and Catherine Harrell of Columbia, S.C. She is the paternal granddaughter of Willie and Peggy Goins and Daniel McClary of Columbia, S.C.
The baby also is welcomed by brother Jaden Goins.
