Blue Turtle Bistro to celebrate one year anniversary and introduce Happy Hour

Midtown eatery now features full bar menu

Savannah’s Gaslight Group, parent company of the popular “Blue Turtle Bistro”, has just announced that the eatery, located in the midtown section of Savannah, GA, is now featuring a full bar menu with specially created “uncommon cocktails “ for their new bar list.

James Yglesias, General Manager of the Blue Turtle, has as well created a distinctive Happy Hour with cocktail, beer, and wine specials accompanied by small plates to relish and enjoy the end of a workday.

Happy Hour starts each day, Monday – Friday at 4 PM and runs to 7 PM, with added Saturday Hours from 11AM – 7 PM.

Drink Specials start at $2.00 for Margaritas and Beer, $3.00 for Wine, and Martinis are available for $5.00.

Small plates range from $2.00 - $5.00.

The Blue Turtle Bistro is as well looking forward to its one-year anniversary in May 2012, and will celebrate this occasion with a special menu items added to their regular favorites.

Known for dishes highlighting only fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, the “Blue Turtle” in mid- town Savannah has fast become a local favorite since its opening in early summer 2011.

Summer 2012 will bring more news to the Blue Turtle, as the owners Jennifer and Brian Huskey just announced the “Blue Turtle Bar & Lounge” to be opened next door within the coming month.

Build out has started and soon guests will be able to relax before or after dinner in a comfortable , cozy lounge & bar in addition to the eatery and outdoor patio.
