Seminar fights gangs here

Editor, A Liberty County Gang Awareness Seminar will be conducted on Saturday, March 1 at Bethel AME church, located at 233 Gause Street.
The seminar begins with an introduction at 9:45 a.m. and the session will commence at 10 a.m. The presenters represent the Hinesville Police Department, the Department of Juvenille Justice, and Youth Challenge Academy. The event will culminate with the testimony of a "special guest" who is a former gang member.
This seminar is open to the public. We urge the community to come out and learn of the current happenings in our communities, the types of gangs located here, situations linked to gangs, recognition of gang signs, etc. and get answers to your questions.
