BI softball workouts

The Bradwell Institute softball team will begin summer conditioning from 9-10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 11, at Lady Tiger Field. Participants must have  current sports physicals to attend. Bring tennis shoes, a water bottle, two empty gallon-size milk/water jugs and a motivated attitude. AL Post 321 turkey shoot

The East Liberty County American Legion Post 321 will host its final Turkey Shoot until the fall at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Dorchester Civic Center off Islands Highway.
It’s a good way to celebrate Father’s Day. A raffle will take place for a new shotgun, and there will be food and beverages. For more information, call 884-2730.

Hinesville soccer tryouts

Tryouts for the 14U and 16U Athena team and 16U and 17U Classic boys will be from 10 a.m.-noon Saturday at St. James Park. For more information, call coach Tom Sukaratana at 977-4642.

USA golf tourney June 17

The Association of the United States Army is hosting its third annual golf scramble at 9:30 a.m. June 17 at Taylor’s Creek Golf Course. The event is a four-person scramble and limited to the first 25 to register. Cost per team is $160, hole sponsorships are available for $100 and tee-box sponsorships are $50. Tiger Tee-Off is Saturday
