Victoria Nicole Rivera was born at 10:13 a.m. July 5 to Grace Marie Rivera and Braolio Rivera of Hinesville.
Born at Liberty Regional Medical Center, baby Victoria weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces and measured 19.5 inches.
The baby is welcomed by maternal grandmother Graciela Ruiz of Hinesville and paternal grandmother Mita Rivera of Isabela, Puerto Rico.
