The Liberty County Convention and Visitors Bureau (LCCVB) hosted Southern Cooks LIVE on March 16, with special guest Erica Anderson, co-owner of Doodles Billiards in Hinesville.

Anderson came to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with the LCCVB and to share her expertise on easy-to-make cocktails for festive occasions, such as St. Patrick’s Day.

One cocktail was coined “The Lucky Liberty,” which Anderson called refreshing and also, “very festive and really good for when you’re outside doing yardwork or at the parade.”

Next month Southern Cooks LIVE will air April 13, featuring Susan Walker, a baker with The Farmhouse Restaurant who won “Best Dessert” at the 2018 Liberty County Chamber of Commerce Taste of Liberty event.
