Fort King George State Historic site will host its annual “Cannons Across the Marsh” from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Wednesday at 302 McIntosh Road in Darien.

Artillery and musket firings and canoeing will go on throughout the day, and talks on Revolutionary War activities along the Altamaha River will be offered. Geo-cache activity and a scavenger hunt also are planned. Free watermelon and lemonade will be served.
Cost is $3.75-$6.50.
