The Liberty County Chamber of Commerce/CVB will host a community calendar planning meeting at noon Monday, Feb. 13.

This planning luncheon will be at the Chamber/CVB offices, 425 West Oglethorpe Highway, Hinesville.

Bring your organization calendar for at least the next six months and help us plan the year!

"We have found these planning sessions to be extremely valuable in keeping our community from planning too many events for one day, as well as increasing collaborations between organizations and understanding the resources that are available for event planning in Liberty County," said Leah Poole, CEO of the Liberty County Chamber/CVB.

There is no cost to attend, however, an RSVP is required as lunch will be served. RSVP to director@libertycounty.org.
