Marrianne Rudy, owner of Chow Hounds Hot Dogs in Hinesville, along with her daughter Sarah, cuts the ribbon at the eatery’s grand opening and ribbon cutting Tuesday. Mayor Jim Thomas, Chow Hounds employees, Chamber of Commerce members and other local business leaders attended the ceremony. The restaurant, at 745B E.G. Miles Parkway, offers Nathan’s kosher hotdogs, German white bratwursts, bangers, smoked sausages and specialty side dishes such as “Nana’s baked beans” and pineapple salad.
