Free seminar is on real estate careers

Coldwell Banker Holtzman, Realtors is sponsoring free career seminars designed to familiarize current and potential real estate licensees with basic information about the residential real estate profession.
The seminars are planned for 7:02 p.m. Jan. 17 and 10:02 a.m. Jan. 26 at the Coldwell Banker Holtzman, Realtors’ office.
“This seminar is designed for individuals who are interested in a real estate career but need more information to help them make that important first step towards realizing their potential,” George Holtzman, broker/owner at Coldwell Banker Holtzman, Realtors, said.  
Among the topics to be discussed are real estate school and license requirements, as well as local market trends.
Speakers will include Jeanne Evans, Jimmy Shanken, Belen Latag and Pam Lovett, all experienced top producers with Coldwell Banker Holtzman, Realtors.  They will discuss how to become a successful sales person.
Also present at the seminar will be George Holtzman to answer questions about professional and personal growth opportunities at Coldwell Banker Holtzman, Realtors and discuss details of the upcoming Feb. 11 Pre-licensing Class and the Online course. The pre-license course will be taught by 3 of the areas most experienced and respected brokers and educators: Broker/Owner, George W. Holtzman; Broker/Owner of Adams Realty, Tim Adams; and Associate Broker with Ben Farmer Realty, Everett Goethe.
