Holtzman agency expands Coldwell affiliation

PARSIPPANY, N.J. — Coldwell flanker Commercial Affiliates, Inc., last month announced that its Hinesville affiliate, Coldwell Banker Commercial Holtzman, Realtors, has affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Commercial brand in November.
George Holtzman, broker/owner, said the firm would concentrate on retail, office and land. Holtzman has 32 years of experience, having been a franchise owner for Coldwell Banker since 1984.
For more than 32 years, Holtzman has been an member of the Georgia Association of Realtors, where he served as president. He is also a member of the Georgia Real Estate Commission since 1993.
The CBC global network now includes 155 pure commercial real estate companies. Through agreements with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corp., an additional 103 real estate companies, including NRT, have the ability to perform commercial real estate transactions under the CBC banner in 30 countries.

Holtzman and his wife Babs own the local Coldwell office, and said the expanded marketing tool will be used in Hinesville and throughout coastal Georgia.
