George Holtzman, broker/owner at Coldwell Banker Holtzman, Realtors recently announced that Bert Webb, Viola Belletty, Jimmy Shanken and Brigitte Cabeza-Shanken have earned their real estate associate broker licenses.

The 12-week Georgia real estate broker preparation class challenges candidates to gain a new level of understanding of real estate law and property owners’ rights. It is followed by a state examination that pits the candidates into case studies where a thorough understanding of real estate concepts must be utilized in order to pass.
