When the Liberty County Chamber of Commerce held a grand opening and ribbon cutting on Oct. 19, for Kings of Steem, a homebased business, they elected to host their event at a local park.

Joey Prince, Chamber membership coordinator, introduced owners Christopher Garrett and Stephen Fink. Chamber board member Kathy Villafane welcomed them to the Chamber, and offered support on behalf of the staff and board. The owners are veterans who served in the military together. They expressed appreciation to those in attendance with a coupon for services and a raffle for a free carpet cleaning.

"Our mission is to provide quality carpet, tile, wood floor, VCT and upholstery cleaning at a competitive price, while delivering superior customer service with outstanding professional advice on the proper care and maintenance of all your flooring and upholstery surfaces," Garrett said. "We are committed to servicing the Liberty and surrounding communities as a one-stop shop for all of your professional flooring and upholstery cleaning needs."
