Bradwell Institute teacher Debra Stevens has joined the list of Liberty County's National Board Certified Teachers. While NBCTs number well over 50,000 in the country, Liberty County's school district has 10. NBCT is the highest
credential in the teaching profession. The Department of Education said teachers who earn this advanced teaching credential are among the best qualified in the nation to improve instruction, raise student achievement, and improve teaching practices in their classrooms, schools and districts.
