Bradwell Institute floral design students, under the instruction of Chansi Coleman, worked for months creating the perfect mock wedding celebration as a class project.
Once the votes were tabulated, the students immediately planned for a beach themed wedding.
Throughout the semester, students created boutonnieres, corsages, bouquets, wedding programs, invitations, gift favors and centerpieces.
Students also decorated a wedding arch, which was provided by Cloud’s Unlimited.
The ceremony, officiated by Charlene Goad, included the bride and groom vowing to stay together for “richer and richer.”
Guests enjoyed a musical selection by Rashaad Wright and poetry by Gela Jones.
The professional foods students, under the instruction of Deborah Stevens, catered the event.
While the students coordinated their own attire, they extended a special thank you to Colonial Bridal for providing the tuxedos and bridal gown used by the wedding party.
