The Liberty County School System job fair will be from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, at the board of education office, 200 Bradwell St., in Hinesville.
Resumes and applications will be accepted for classified and certified positions for the 2009-10 academic year.
Applicants for certified positions should bring professional resumes and copies of teaching certificates, unofficial transcripts and test scores. Administrators representing each of the system’s 14 schools and several department directors will meet with applicants, accept resumes and answer questions.
Applicants for classified positions, including food services, grounds crew, maintenance, custodians and substitute teachers should bring copies of their resumes and any documentation they feel is relevant.
Like most other districts in the state, the district is always in need of school bus drivers. CDL training is provided free to applicants who meet requirements.
If you are interested in exploring careers with the district but are unable to attend, visit the Liberty County School System Web site at www.liberty.k12.ga.us.
