On Dec. 16, the Walker Middle School FBLA had its second annual Christmas social. Approximately 40 FBLA members enjoyed a field trip to Coastal Manor Nursing Home in Ludowici.
The FBLA members practiced “dressing for success” by wearing suits, ties and dresses. Each student handed out three Christmas cards to nursing home residents. They spent time visiting and sang a few Christmas carols for the audience. The students said they had a wonderful visit and were happy to make the nursing residents’ Christmases a little brighter.
After visiting Coastal Manor, FBLA members and their parents enjoyed a meal at Chili’s in Hinesville.
