On August 24, 2018 A vehicle caught on fire after it slammed into a tree around 8:30a.m. on GA 196 near Pender Lane.

Three men were hailed as heroes for rescuing a Hinesville man from a burning car in Liberty County. There’s always that one person who will go the Extra mile, and for me that person was you.  On the behalf of Deondre Shuman and The Shuman Family we would like to Thank God for Brandon Long, Ron Sluder, and Brain Gulliver for helping our loved one.

We want to sincerely express our gratitude and thanks to our Family and Friends who stopped by the Hospital and our House and to those who sent Gifts.

Also, thanks to everyone who came out on October 6. 2018 to help celebrate those Heroes. We cannot tell you how much this has meant to Deondre and The Family.

God Bless You!

Thank you,
DeVonte R. Shuman
