Weichert Real Estate Affiliates recently announced that U.S. Real Estate Professionals, LLC in Hinesville has joined its national franchise system. The new office, now known as Weichert, Realtors® - Real Estate Professionals, is an independently owned and operated Weichert® affiliate run by Aaron Duncan, the company’s broker/owner.

 Duncan made the decision to franchise after meeting with the Weichert leadership team in Morris Plains, N.J. He saw tremendous value in joining a brand like Weichert and the support they provide their affiliated owners, brokers and agents.

“Meeting with the Weichert leadership team opened my eyes to all of the resources they could provide to help my agents achieve new levels of real estate success,” said Duncan, a U.S. Army veteran who opened the Hinesville real estate agency in 2012. “It’s all about having the right tools and support to help both your agents and brokerage grow successfully. And that’s what Weichert can provide.”

As part of the Weichert franchise network, Duncan’s team can take advantage of training programs provided by Weichert to help them offer the best real estate service in the industry. The office will also be eligible to receive sales leads from the Weichert call center to help grow its local market share.
