Established in 2016 by Kathy Villafane, the Real Estate Resource Center offers complimentary workshops to the consumer. The broker, Kathy, is a visionary and saw how the real estate industry was lacking educational services to the public. The primary focus from the time of inception has been to: Educate, Empower and Elevate the consumer experience. She saw how this fast-paced industry was being driven by technology and of course supply and demand. She has since teamed up with several affiliate partners. The RRC affiliate partners topics include investing, taxes, insurance, credit counseling, financial planning, wealth management and more. On October 28, 2021, the Real Estate Resource Center became a full-service firm and has a satellite office in the Atlanta area.
