The Bradwell Institute Tigers continue to show how meaningless time of possession is to them.

Bradwell had three one-play drives for touchdowns and pulled away in the second half for a 41-27 win over Greenbrier on Friday night at Olvey Field/Hokey Jackson Stadium. The Tigers improved to 5-2 on the year and 3-1 in Region 1-6A.

Jacobi Pasley took Jah’barri Felix’s first pass of the game 80 yards for a touchdown, Cameron Keeve sprinted 64 yards for another score and Carlito Savea connected with an open Robert Wilson on a reverse pass for 66 yards and another touchdown.

Felix finished with three touchdown passes – another to Pasley and the Tigers’ final score of the night on a 24-yard connection with Savea – and ran for another.

Greenbrier tied the game at 20-20 late in the second quarter, scoring on three consecutive drives, but the Tigers held the Wolfpack to three straight three-and-outs to open the second half. The Tigers scored on their first three possessions of the second half, eventually opening a 41-20 lead with 47.7 seconds left in the third quarter.
